dvd- உதவி தேவை

எனது சிஸ்டத்தில் ..விண்டோஸ் எக்ஸ். பி. .ஒ. எஸ் ....இன்ஸ்டால் பண்ணினேன் .... அதன்பிறகு
DVD டிரைவ் எந்த dvd போட்டாலும் 0 bytes என்றே காட்டுகிறது....ஆனால் vcd இயங்குகிறது //
எப்படி சரி செய்வது?

பொதுவாக இந்த பிரச்சனை இரண்டு காரணங்களால் வரும்

1. டிரைவ் லென்சில் அழுக்கு படிதல்

இதை லென்ஸ் கிளினர் சீ டி மூலம் சரி செய்யலாம்

2. அந்த டிரைவ்வுக்கான சரியான டிரைவரை நிறுவாதிருத்தல்

நாம் வைத்துள்ள டி வீ டி கம்பெனியின் ஹோம் சைட் சென்று அந்த மாடலுக்கான
டிரைவரை அப்டேட் செய்தல் மூலமாக சரி செய்யலாம்

DVD/CD Drive Fix:
Try this:
Start>Control Panel>Device Manager>CD/DVD>double click the device(Write the name and model number down)>Goto Driver's Tab>click Update Drivers (this will likely do nothing)>then RIGHT CLICK>UNINSTALL>Restart, this will rebuild the default driver stack.
Go to the manufacturers site and look for the latest driver Download for your CD/DVD drive. (You should know the its name, if you wrote down the info above), When you find it download it: SAVE IT DO NOT HIT RUN(Save it to your desktop for easy access. Go to the file you have just saved and right click on it and select RUN AS ADMIN(Now install it.). RESTART after installation.
If the above doesn't work, then go through these:

Your CD drive or DVD drive is missing or is not recognized by Windows or other programs

Your CD or DVD drive cannot read or write media - A Mr Fixit
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

CD-R drive or CD-RW drive is not recognized as a recordable device
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Hardware devices not detected or not working - A Mr Fixit
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

If the above does not work, try this(Last measure ONLY):
Create a text file with NOTEPAD containing the following data exactly as below and name it FIXCD.REG
You should have 3 boxes on the bottom in NOTEPAD.
1)Filename : fixcd.reg
2)Save as type: all files
3)Encoding: ANSI
If you do not change it from txt type to All files type, then the file will actually be fixcd.reg.txt, this won't accomplish the desired result

Double click on the file and say yes to the merge into registry question.
